Elementary to High School age can enjoy Zumba/ZumbAtomic. Zumba is intended to be fun, and move the body while having fun, forgetting you are actually working out. Zumba is a fusion between Latin Dancing and Aerobics. Classes are structured so that all students can have fun. There is no emphasis on exact form as we all dance differently and move differently. Emphasis is on moving and smiling.
